AFFECTED BY THE STORMS?
Grant/Scholarship/Lottery Recipients
TSAC recognizes that some students who are eligible for the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) may have been impacted by the recent storms across Tennessee. For these types of students who are eligible for TELS that are not able to maintain enrollment at an eligible postsecondary institution, TSAC is issuing a form to complete that will provide students relief from the continuous enrollment requirement for TELS. Additionally, relief will also be provided to students who have dropped from full-time to part-time enrollment status. To print this form, please click HERE. When you complete the attached form, please fax or mail it to the address and fax number provided on the form.
